Life is full of happiness and sorrow. Sometimes you will be
happy, sometimes sad, this is an essential part of everyones
life. Getting one thing permanently out of two is not possible.
Even the richest person in the world would have been sad
sometimes, although he can buy everything, for his happiness
and comfort but being wealthyenough is not a guarantee that
you will never have sorrows. This is a natural phenomenon.
Everyone has a different reasons to be happy . If you are a
scientist, you will be happy when you will discover/invent
something new. If you are businessmen, you will be happy
something new. If you are businessmen, you will be happy
when your company goes high in the stocl exchange. If you
are a student, you will be happy when you achieve good grades
in your exam or you get admission in a top class university.
Everyone has got a different taste of happiness.
Many people say happiness comes from success, it is true but
Many people say happiness comes from success, it is true but
not at all. Not every happy moment of your life is because of
your success. You could achieve the biggest charm of happines
by going on a trip to the North with your family or friends. You
could achieve it by spending some quality time at your home or
having dinner at your house. Happiness is caused by these
minute things happening daily in our lives, which we are
neglecting due to our busy lifestyle.
Being happy is not enough, your life should be meaningful.
According to researchs people from poorer countries tend to
see their lives as more meaningful. Although the reasons are
not totally clear, this might be related to greater religious beliefs,
having more children and stronger social ties among those
living in poorer countries. Perhaps instead of saying that
"money can't buy happiness " , we ought to say instead that
"money can't buy meaning"

When it comes to thinking about how to be happier, many of us
fantasize about taking vacations or avoiding difficult tasks.
However tasks which don't make us happy can, over time, add
up to a meaning in our life. More broadly, the findings suggest
that pure happiness is about getting what we want in life.
Meaningfulness, in contrast, seems to have more to do with
giving, effort and sacrifice.

"" Associate your habits with pain and pleasure. If you want to
adopt a good habit, imagine that what pleasure I will have by
doing this and what pain I will be having by not. And for quitting
a bad habit do opposite of above. ""
